LATIN
Memor fui nocte nóminis tui, Dómine,
et custodívi legem tuam.
Haec facta est mihi,
quia iustificatiónes tuas exquisívi.
Pórtio mea, Dómine,
dixi, custodíre legem tuam.
Deprecátus sum fáciem tuam
in toto corde meo;
miserére mei secúndum elóquium tuum.
Cogitávi vias meas,
et convérti pedes meos
in testimónia tua.

TRANSLATION
In the night I have remembered thy name, O Lord:
and have kept thy law.
This happened to me:
because I sought after thy justifications.
O Lord, my portion,
I have said, I would keep thy law.
I entreated thy face
with all my heart:
have mercy on me according to thy word.
I have thought on my ways:
and turned my feet
unto thy testimonies.
